Your small business website needs to be hosted on a web server or simply a server (another name for computer) that is connected to the World Wide Web so that anyone can access your website.

Choosing a web hosting company for your small business website is easy if you follow the guide I have layout for you. Depending on the scale of your business, the type of business you run and your level of technical competency, there will always be a right hosting provider just for your business.

The general rule of thumb in choosing a web hosting provider boils down to: Excellent Customer Support, Company Stability, Robust Datacenter, and Affordability

Excellent Customer Support If all things being equal, I would rate customer support as my number 1 determining factor in choosing a web hosting provider. Relying on testimonials found on the provider’s site is a common approach to assess a company’s level of customer excellence but it is also quite an outdated one. After all it’s not uncommon for some providers to fake the testimonials. Instead I suggest you follow my way of assessing their customer support.

Sizing its level of customer support is sometimes as easy as finding out whether they have enough employees to support their level of business growth. You should look at the Customer to Employee ratio, CE ratio, as a benchmark.

For example, according to our records SiteSell Inc has approximately 15,000 customers and employs about 30 support staff, it has a CE ratio of 500 (15,000/30 = 500), you can expect a much higher level of customer satisfaction and a faster response time when compared to another provider who is serving 100,000 customers but only have 75 support staff. Their CE ratio would stand at approximately 1,333. Basically you should look for a professional hosting provider with a low CE ratio.

We all know that collecting baseball cards is a hobby that many people enjoy in this life. For collectors there isn’t anything more exciting to to come across a card which they don’t yet have in their collection. The more sought after cards for baseball collections are the more rare or vintage cards. These cards have a much higher monetary value, of course.

Most of the old baseball cards are re-productions but a few are still made from the original material. Now these cards are quite valuable as there are only a few of these cards ever seen in public. A few baseball cards can mean approximately 100 or less. The price of these cards is usually based on the availability and of course the condition of the card within the market.

Some of these rare baseball cards are ones that we all know quite well. You may recognize the names of players like Babe Ruth, Mickey Mantle and even Honus Wagner! These players are the ones who’ve had spectacular careers in the world of baseball. They were collectable even during the days when they were still playing.

In many of these rare baseball cards you may see worn corners and edges or even some creases on parts of the cards itself, reason being that for some players the companies which produced their cards had the cards printed on thin and poor quality cardboard paper. Due to the fact that many collectors were only children and fans of the game, the cards themselves were not protected.

There are few rare baseball cards available in any condition, and thus any of these cards, even in severely damaged condition, will cause a great deal of excitement among collectors. There are so many collectors who want to see a T206 Honus Wagner card, for example, and so few of those cards exist. As a result, intense bidding will occur whenever any of these cards is up for sale at a public auction.

Synonymous with baseball trading cards, The Topps Company has a long and very rich history within the sport. Topps produced its first Topps baseball cards set in 1951 with the game- oriented Red and Black set. But it was the 1952 set that really brought the modern sports trading card to life. Rich with history and intrigue, the 1952 set is now one of the more revered and valued card sets of all time.

Ever since that time, Topps produced its famous baseball card sets. Today, Topps has an established tradition of producing high-quality baseball cards. Topps has also added new technology to the cards and their packaging, and now sports many other brands that help it remain the nation’s leading baseball card company.

The majority of collectors, even serious ones, do not have the means to deal in Wagners and Ruths. In recent years, MLB cards from the ’70s have proven to be a great investment for the common collector. Cards of Mike Schmidt, Carlton Fisk, Steve Garvey, Dusty Baker, and other greats from the era have shown a marked increase in value.

MLB cards of 70s are still affordable to most people even though their worth is keep on growing. Many of the MLB cards which can be considered as best can be bought under $300. Since their growth potential is very high they can earn a good profit to the collector of these cards.

Symptoms of workplace fatigue can include sore shoulders, stiff neck and carpal tunnel syndrome along with aching wrists. If you sit at a desk all day long you do know what I’m talking about.

According to David Palmer, co-developer of the first chair massager and founder of the TouchPro Institute in San Francisco, most office-related physical symptoms can be attributed to loss of circulation. Tight muscles caused by stress and sitting behind a desk all day, especially at a work station that is not ergonomically designed, can impede blood and lymph flow through the body. The result is mental fogginess, decreased energy and susceptibility to repetitive stress injuries, like carpal tunnel syndrome.”Enhancing circulation will enable the body’s self-healing mechanisms”.To own a chair massager is to own a stressless life!

A chair massager can be an excellent way to avoid circulatory problems that are otherwise an occupational hazard of desk work. It provides a break that your employees will be grateful for. Such massagers open up back muscles, relieve strain on the neck and upper back, and provide a break for the eyes. A session as short as fifteen minutes is enough to improve circulation of the neck, arms, and hands, resulting in increased energy and reduced injury levels.

Electric massages chairs utilize new high-tech programs that feature rolling, tapping, kneading deep-tissue Shiatsu massage, and even makes simultaneous trip-funciton possible. With them, you can experience real moments of peace and meditation. Several different types of electric massage chairs are available, and you need to compare the feature and pick one that fits your needs.

Another alternative is the handheld electic massager. These take up very little space, and can relieve everyday knots and muscle aches. Some are made to massage the back and neck, others the legs and feet. This electric massager is meant to be easy for you to use, or for someone else to help you with in an emergency.

The electric massager was designed to provide a professional strength massage and therapeutic relief of muscle tension at home BY YOURSELF! When used properly, it will give you years of effective release of muscle tension and stress. In todays hectic pace we all need something to relieve our stress and we can’t afford or have the time to go to massages all the time. And what is more relaxing than the comfort of your own home? Try one of the above mentioned out and see immediately what difference it makes in your life!

David Palmer, who assisted with the development of the chair massager ascribes most physical symptoms of office-related stress to reduced blood circulation. New devices such as electric massage chairs make use of incredible technologies giving you tapping, rolling kneading deep Shiatsu massages and also will make simultaneously triple functions enjoyable. It gives real relaxation to all. For people living in cramped quarters, try a portable device. These can fit in your hand and remove common nagging soreness in extremities, back, and neck.
