Why Do Businesses Use Voice Overs?

A voice over, is basically a spoken or narrated piece of media that is performed by and actor or actress. Businesses hire voice over talent to represent their product or service because it makes the presentation more believable and lends more credibility to the company that’s selling it.

Some businesses try to save money by doing the voice over themselves and this can be disastrous from a marketing perspective in that a poorly narrated commercial might actually repel potential customers rather than attract them…

That’s why 9 out of 10 advertisements and sound-bites that you hear are performed by the pros - it’s just better for business!

Is Your Home Equity Making You Money?

If you own a home or property, is the equity you have *working for you* or just sitting there like a “Genie in a Bottle” waiting to be released? Most people think that having a lot of equity is a good thing, and it is, but only when it’s MAKING you money rather than stagnating.

I own 3 houses in my home town, 2 of which are Minnesota Investment Property, and I started by using the equity from my first house to reinvest into other property. If most homeowners only knew how much buying power they have with they’re equity, they could make a lot more money with it!
