Time Shares Let You Get A Way…

Jul 26, 2007 in Recreation

A time share is a vacation property that you pay for in advance for your trips in the future.

The price you would have to pay to own or rent a resort-unit year round would be too expensive for most folks, especially when compared to a time share. For this reason - the industry receives plenty of positive response from people.

Finding good time share deals allow you a form of ownership for a specific time of the year.

Why Do Businesses Use Voice Overs?

Jul 25, 2007 in Business

A voice over, is basically a spoken or narrated piece of media that is performed by and actor or actress. Businesses hire voice over talent to represent their product or service because it makes the presentation more believable and lends more credibility to the company that’s selling it.

Some businesses try to save money by doing the voice over themselves and this can be disastrous from a marketing perspective in that a poorly narrated commercial might actually repel potential customers rather than attract them…

That’s why 9 out of 10 advertisements and sound-bites that you hear are performed by the pros - it’s just better for business!

Is Your Home Equity Making You Money?

Jul 25, 2007 in Finance

If you own a home or property, is the equity you have *working for you* or just sitting there like a “Genie in a Bottle” waiting to be released? Most people think that having a lot of equity is a good thing, and it is, but only when it’s MAKING you money rather than stagnating.

I own 3 houses in my home town, 2 of which are Minnesota Investment Property, and I started by using the equity from my first house to reinvest into other property. If most homeowners only knew how much buying power they have with they’re equity, they could make a lot more money with it!

Wart removal lips and tongue

Jul 20, 2007 in Health

The following are some ways to remove warts from the skin: Applying salicylic acid–You can treat warts on places such as the hands, feet or knees by putting salicylic acid (one brand name: Compound W) on the warts.  Duct tape treatment– Covering a wart with duct tape may also help because it irritates the wart and the skin around it, causing the body to attack it.  Applying cantharidin–Your doctor may use cantharidin on your warts.  If the wart isn’t gone after one treatment, your doctor may suggest another treatment.  When you see your doctor again, he or she will remove the dead skin of the wart. How To Get Sports Tickets

Jul 16, 2007 in General

The demand for sports tickets across the nation is about as huge as event ticket sales get.  With baseball, football, hockey, basketball and even sports like Nascar really taking off it is no wonder why these events sell as much as they do.  With every season providing great games with fun and exiting match ups it is hard to imagine all the games to each sport fans want and need to see.  The difficulty of getting seats to the games is all dependent on how well the team is doing at the time and exactly what the match up is.  A great rilvary in a fight for the playoff spots will make the sports tickets very difficult to get, most of these games will have sold out much in advance.
How To Get Sports Tickets

The best way to procure any sports tickets for any team in any event is always to call the box office of the stadium as soon as they release the tickets for sale.  This will assure that you get a decent choice of seating and only pay exactly what face value is with no service charges tacked on.  Make sure you look at the full schedule and pick the games you for see to be a great time.
Using a ticket broker is a sure way to secure your Sports Tickets and makes sure you a legitimate seat to even the most in demand event.  Be prepared to pay extra over the original face value for these tickets and an added service charge which may be anywhere from five to ten percent of the total cost of the sports tickets.  Always use a ticket broker who is willing to provide a discount on the seats.  There are a lot of ticket brokers and most provide promotional discounts, if the one you find does not offer this then try someone lese, there is sure to be someone running a discount code.  Most ticket brokers keep the pricing in an average area, so look for those sports tickets discount and promotional codes. More on the Wonders of Lavender

Jul 15, 2007 in General, Health, Home, Recreation

Rosemary Nachtigall first planted lavender 30 years ago on her parents’ farm near Reedley. Today, her appreciation of lavender, prized for its fragrant flowers, continues to grow. “I find this plant offers comfort and beauty in stressful times,” she says. Nachtigall has about 150 lavender plants growing on an east-facing hillside at her Squaw Valley home. She and husband T.D. Friesen live on five acres, with about a third of that devoted to the Squaw Valley Herb Gardens.

Mower Racing in Morrice

Jul 15, 2007 in General, Automotive, Entertainment, Recreation, Sports

“When I beat the kids, they want to cry,” said Neavill, 63, getting down on one knee and pumping his fist with a laugh, somehow not upsetting his pipe and its lazy flow of smoke.

The former Dearborn school administrator was one of about 30 drivers who took to the track during the Morrice Homecoming Festival Saturday, with souped up lawnmowers and no intention of cutting grass.

The meet was one of about 11 races hosted by the Michigan Lawnmower Racing Association this season, with lawnmowers categorized into different classes depending on the extent of the alterations done to them.

How To Find Wicked Tickets

Jul 07, 2007 in General

Wicked tickets are one of the hottest items for events in New York City and not only Broadway but many theaters in other cities as well.  It is always fun to watch an event take on a life of it’s own and this musical has done this for three years now.  Many who would like to attend are finding it extremely difficult to locate tickets and if they do the prices are unreal.

If you are dying to see this show but cannot afford tickets one of the best options is always to go to an early week matinee.  Most local New Yorkers will not be able to attend as they have to be at work.  Becuase this is such a slow day for Broadway many can obtain Rush Wicked tickets which are released by the theater last minute at a savings to fill the theater for the performance.  The savings can be close to 50% off and then you get to see the show and with a deal.  Wicked Tickets can always be had by local brokers for a popular show time such as Saturday night, however be prepared to pay!

I am taking my new digital camera and I promise to take lots and lots of pictures - perhaps I’ll even post a few. Until I get back, have a great summer!

Take A Look At Your Wood Decking Designs Website: The Little Things DO Matter

Jul 06, 2007 in Business, Internet

I want you to sit down this Saturday and take a good look at your wood decking designs website. I want you to be concerned not just with the ‘big stuff’ like site organization and navigation, but all the little things: like spelling and punctuation, the grammar, the style and tone of your writings. I also want you to check to make sure that your ads are all aligned properly, that the site pages load quickly, and that they display correctly in different types of web browsers. Why do all of this? Because when it comes to website effectiveness, the little things DO matter.

Road Map To Riches

Jul 06, 2007 in General, Business, Finance, Internet

Roadmap to Riches and other 2-up programs are notorious for producing “Cheerleaders” who spend every waking hour patrolling the forums - “Forum Lizards” - looking for fresh meat. You will see a common thread with all of them. They are new to the forum in question and never post about anything other than the program they are hyping. You will notice that they are 1 post wonders who just happened to see the thread and wanted to drop in and say how wonderful the program is. You will also notice that the same people show up on all the forums and spout the same crap.

Getting Some Endorsements For Your Porch and Patio Furniture Products? Make Sure They Are BELIEVABLE

Jul 05, 2007 in Business

Many businesses display testimonials and endorsements for the products that they sell. And just as many businesses fail to get any results - because the product endorsements are just not believable. For example, someone who says that they have had their porch and patio furniture for over 20 years, yet it has not even one scratch, cannot possibly be telling the truth! If you want your product endorsement to be effective, make sure it’s believable.

When Selling Products (Like Trane Heat Pumps) Try To Go For The “Good Health” Angle

Jul 03, 2007 in Business, Health

Most people today are increasingly interested in their health, and health issues in general. People are becoming more fit, and desire to live longer, more active lives. So when you are promoting your business product (like Trane Heat pumps, air-conditioners, furnaces) try to play up the ‘health’ angle as much as possible. If you can point out the possible health benefits (such as having cleaner air) you are more likely to convince people to buy.
